Korte Ranch is located in Northern St. Helena at the narrowest part of Napa Valley.
Dirt
Korte Ranch is on the valley floor in a mixture of rocky loams. Our blocks are completely dry-farmed; these ancient vines reach deep into the soil for moisture.
Ancient Vine Zinfandel
Korte Ranch is a pre-prohibition vineyard. All of our Zinfandel is over 70 years old.
Climate
Located in Napa Valley's "hourglass", Korte Ranch is heated by two mountain ranges all day and chilled all night by strong breezes.
